Whereas the weight of an object is the product of mass and gravity.

The mass of an object does not change with the change in temperature, medium, or any other parameters. But thw weight of an object always changeswith respect to medium like as asked in question that will the values of mass and weight be same on the earth and mars are same or not.
then the answer will be no.
Because one the mars there is absence of atmosphere so the weight of the substance changes but not the mass.
Moreover there is vacuum on mars...
