→Metals inside over body are in combined state in form of compounds and have one or two atoms per thousands of atoms
Eg- haemoglobin is a chemical compound of iron in our bodies
-Chlorophyll is a chemical compound of magnesium

→Metals out side are in usually pure state and contains mostly metallic atoms
Eg- iron articles have only iron atoms
