In mutualism, both organisms benefit. The algae in coral provides sugar as an end product to the coral and the coral provides a place for the algae to grow. Clown fish are afforded protection in anemones and in turn attract other fish that  are consumed by the anemone. Parasitism is a one way relationship. The parasite is living on or in its host and taking away something to the detriment of the host. The host gets no benefit. Tapeworms live with animals' intestines and slurp up nutrients. Most tapes can live there for a long time. Some parasites go a little too far and cause the death of their host. Parasites unlike predators are said to live on the "interest" of the host like blood that goes to the mosquitoes to make a nutrient raft for their offspring. Predators usually consume enough, all of the capital,  of the host to badly harm them and most usually kill them outright. Like a lion and a gazelle.
