I've been going in, and dropping out of Epic, I grinded today and I dropped out 4 times, and finally managed to stay in Epic 5, the main skill difference I see is the teamwork. In Epic early game, you rarely see the 2-1-2 early game formation and the enemy team is smart and steals jungle and gets crucial ganks, this is nothing like the slow paced game you play, with mediocre teammates that you can easily carry. As a person who has solo queued past Grandmaster
