It's natural for a fish to swim downstream. It's unnatural for a fish to swim upstream, but there they are, salmons swimming upstream. It's supernatural when Jesus walked on water.
So unnatural is odd but not against any rules or laws of the physical world. Supernatural is "super," above the natural rules and laws of the physical world. "You have no power here" would be something a supernatural event tell our natural world.
Note that terms are not absolute. Some of the technologies we use today would be considered as supernatural 1,000 years ago, and something may be unnatural to you but completely natural to someone else. It's all relative.

natural ectinction... the type of extinction where a particular species wasn't able to cope with the changing environment is called natural extinction. it can be further interpreted as they failed to survive due to lack of struggle to it's contemporaries... thus they became extinct failing to clear the test of DARWINS NATURAL SELECTION ... AND THE SURVIVAL OF FITTEST....
E.G. DINOSAURS
artificial extinction(unnatural extinction)....the type of extinction where a particular species became extinct due to human causes... like illegal hunting , poaching, killing in large numbers...
E.G: THE PINK HEADED DUCK .
EXCEPTION: mammoths don't fall in either category ... their extinction is called as successor extinction ... as elephants came ... they were more fit to adapt to the nature...the nature cancelled them out... actually it's controversial... some say that they died failing to adapt to the ice age of earth where on the other hand some say my above mentioned explanation
