The NHRC full form is the National Human Rights Commission of India.it is responsible for the protection and promotion of human rights, defined by the Act as Rights Relating To Life, liberty, equality and dignity of the individual guaranteed by the Constitution.It is created by an act of Parliament.

It is committed to provide independent views on the issues within the constitution.

NHRC consists of one chair person and seven other members.

JUDICIARY:-

it is a system of courts that applies law in a country or state or international community.

it provides the mechanism for the resolution of disputes.

It is a key aspect to our democratic life and This is performed by the judges.

The different types of courts from different level of judiciary in the court is the main is the high court followed by supreme court and then followed by district courts.

The court in New Delhi is the highest judicial body of India.The supreme courts seats the justice in India followed by 30 judges of advisory judiciaries.
