Answer:If u ask spmeone for a glass of water for instance, if he says 'no' that means he is neglecting your request or doesnt want o help u. If he says 'yes' that means he agrees to help u.

Therefore,

Yes: AGREES TO U

No: neglects u

doent agrees with u
