an organelle is present in the cytoplasm of the cell.
numerous cells make up a tissue and tissues make up the organs. so whereas I think there is a major difference between the two

   Organs: A group of tissues which performs various function. 
            Ex: Brain, kidney, heart, etc.

Organelle: A specialized structure found inside cell that carries out specific life                    processes.
           Ex: Nucleus, mitochondria.
