what is the difference between organised and unorganised sector.

Organised sector : The sector which covers those enterprises where the terms of employment are regular and they have assured work.
Unorganised sector : The sector in which small and tiny scale units, outside the government control is called an unorganised sector.

Organised sector
1. workers have job security
2. workers get regular monthly salary
3.rules and regulations are followed here .
4.working hours are fixed here
5. working condition are favorable
6. workers get benefits like provident fund ,paid leave ,medical benefits etc
7.it is called the organised sector because it has some formal process and procedures



Unorganised sector
1.workers donot have job security .
2.workers get daily wages .
3.rules and regulations are not followed here .
4.workers donot get any such benefits
5.working hours are not fixed here .
6.working conditions are not favorable
7.there are no formal process and producers here .
