fundamental rights includes right to freedom , speech etc which cannot be denied in any way

fundamental duties are those which are performed by citizens of country such as love towards our country

All human beings have fundamental rights under international human rights law, and many national Constitutions include these rights. Under international law there is no such category as "fundamental duties".

However, it's case that Governments are obliged to protect people's fundamental rights. This needs to be done through legislation which can be upheld by independent and impartial courts
