People itself is plural form. There is no such word like "Peoples".

hey mate here is the answer...

The word peoples is used as PLURAL..anD the other meaning is that ...WHEN U R REFERRING TO GROUPS OF PEOPLE FROM MULTIPLE ETHNIC, CULTURAL,RACIAL OR NATIONAL BACKGROUND...

The word people means ALL HUMANS OF PARTICULAR TYPE...or u can say PEOPLE BELONGING TI SAME GROUP...

BUT WHEN MORE THAN ONE GROUP IS REFERRED THAN IT BECOMES PEOPLES.....
