Photosynthesis is the process that the plants make food. Some points:
•Occurs only in the presence of chlorophyll.
•Occurs only in the presence of light.
•Uses carbon dioxide and water.
•Oxygen is released as an end product.
•Results in gain in weight.
•Occurs in all living cells.
•Occurs at all times.
•Uses oxygen and glucose.
•Carbbon dioxide is released as an end product.
•Results in weight loss.
The biggest difference between photosynthesis and respiration is thatphotosynthesis only occurs in plants and some bacteria while respirationoccurs in all living organisms. ...Respiration is Glucose and Oxygen that, through the process ofrespiration, yield Carbon Dioxide and Water.

hey mate here is u r answer
PHOTOSYNTHESIS :-
1. occurs only in plants and some photosynthetic bacteria.
2. takes place in the presence of sunlight.
3. it occurs in chloroplast and is dependent on light.
4. raw materials are Co2 and water.
5. in this process light energy is fixed in the form of chemicals energy and stored in carbohydrate.
RESPIRATION :-
1. occurs in all living organisms.
2. takes place throughout the day.
3. aerobic respiration occurs in cytoplasm and mitochondria and is independent of light.
4. uses carbohydrates or organic substances and oxygen.
5. in this process chemical energy stored in the carbohydrates burns to release energy.
hope this will help u
