2. plant cell exist one and only one vacules but bigger in size.
3. On other hand animal cell have smaller many vacuoles.
4. The main difference is that plant cell have cell wall which animal cell don't.
5. Plant cell have small nucleus which is at a side.
6. On the other hand Animal cell have big nucleus exactly at centre of cell.
