PLANTS :-

✴Plants are fixed.
✴They are chlorophyllous.
✴ Plants are mostly autotrophic in their mode of nutrition
✴ Plants take their food in liquid form
✴ Plants have cell wall
✴They are usually branched.
✴ The organs are external in position.
✴They lack centrioles in the cells.
✴ Reserve food is starch.
✴Form and size is generally variable in plants
✴Growth in plants ocuurs at the growing points only.


They lack sense organs and nervous system.Inorganic crystals are present in the cells.Central vacule is present in the cell.
Excretory organs are absent.
Muscular tissue is absent.



ANIMALS CELL :-

✴Animals can bodily move from one place to another place.

✴Chrolophyll is absent.

✴ Animals are hetrophytic in their mode of nutrition.

✴Animals can take their food in solid form.

✴Cell is absent

✴They are unbranched

✴The organs are internal

✴ Centrioles are present in the cell

✴ Reserve food is glycogen

✴Form and size is constant in animals

✴In animals growth takes place proportionately in all parts of body.

The sense organs and nervous system are present. Inorganic crystals are absent in animals cells. Central vacuole is absent in the cell. Excretory organs are present. Muscular tissue is present.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PLANTS AND ANIMALS ARE

PLANTS cannot move about from one place to another while ANIMALS can move about from one place to anothet

PLANTS have chlorophyll , vacuoles and cell wall while ANIMALS do not have chlorophyll , vacuoles and cell wall


In PLANTS , growth take place in growing parts only while in ANIMAL , growth is in every parts of the body
