plants are the living organisms which prepare thier food themselves by the process called photosynthesis in the presence of sunlight. they take in carbon dioxide and release oxygen. they cannot walk and talk like human. but, they can grow. this is the reason they are called living organisms.
Animals are living organisms which cannot make third food themselves. they are depend on human beings. they take in oxygen and release carbon dioxide which is used to prepare food for the plants by the process called photosynthesis.
