The cytoplasm along with the cellular organelles is called protoplasm i.e., protoplasm = Cytoplasm + nucleus. It does not include cell membrane or cell wall.
Protoplast is the living part of cell and does not include the cell wall. Protoplast= cell membrane + cytoplasm + nucleus

Protoplasts are called naked cells because they are not surrounded by any cell wall instead bounded by plasmalemma.
On the contrary, protoplasm is a translucent, semi fluid present inside the cell constitute the living matter of cells both plants and animals.
It contains all the cellular matter such as proteins, fats and water molecules.
