An irrational number is a number which cannot be expressed in a ratio of two integers. In rational numbers, both numerator and denominator are whole numbers, where the denominator is not equal to zero. While an irrational number cannot be written in a fraction .. ....

These are those no. Whicn can not be written in fraction, decimal and percentage. It can not be written as ratio if two fraction.
eg. 1.5 is a rational no.

✔irrational no....
These are those no. Which are neither terminating and nor periodic .
eg..root 2 is irrational no. Becoz it can not be written in the form of : a/b. Dear:)) hope its helps ☃️
