Reflex action is known to be the involuntary action made by the body.

However, reflex is known to be the action created by the body with response to the current environment.

Reflex arcs are created in the spinal cord itself because the information input enters into the brain.

It is known to be the neural pathway which controls the action reflex massively.

Answer :-

REFLEX ACTION :- Reflex action is the fast automatic response to the stimuli.

In reflex actions no conscious  thought is required to bring about the response and the same stimulus produces the same response.

example :- Blinking of eyes ,  salivation , coughing , sneezing , movement of pupil of eyes.

REFLEX ARC :- The route taken by the reflex actions is called reflex arc.
