In the method of fragmentation the body of a simple multi cellular organism break up into smaller pieces on maturate and each fragment develops into new individual. Example - Spiro gaya ra.

the difference is that fragmentation specifies two parts each growing into complete organisms
but regeneration is general process of regrowth
