Renin is a hormone released from kidney (Juxtaglomerular apparatus) which has a role in increasing blood pressure when it falls down.Rennin (is spelled differently from renin with an extra 'n' ) is a proteolytic enzyme released by chief cells in stomach of an infant which helps in curdling of milk (converting casein protein in milk into calcium paracaseinate)So renin hormone is different from Rennin enzyme.
