RESISTANCE IS A PROPERTY OF CONDUCTOR TO OPPOSE THE FLOW OF CURRENT...

RESISTIVITY IS INHERENT PROPERTY OF A CONDUCTOR..

RESISTANCE MAY DIFFER FROM MATERIAL TO MATERIAL BUT RESISTIVITY WILL REMAIN SAME.
