RTI is right to information means the purchasers responsibility to get aware of information whereas right to informed is the retailer responsibility to say for the consumer.. hope it help u

Right to Information is an act of parliament in which people have the right to get the information about that goods which day we are going to buy this is a kind of consumer rights which is made by government, these informations are written on the goods .

right to be informed mean consumer was going to buy the goods have to know about the goods in details by the seller if the seller was not interested in describing the goods in detail then the seller will be punished by consumer court this is the law made by the government for the consumer .
