What is the difference between sailvary amylase and pancreatic amylase

☢ Salivary amylase : the salivary gland produce liver which contain the salivary amylase enzyme, this enzyme convert the starch into sugar.


☢pancreatic amylase: pancreatic amylase is secreted by the pancreas into the small intestine. pancreatic juice contain two types of enzyems such as lipase which break down the emulsified into fatty acid. and trypsin which break down the simple protein into amino acid.

salivary amylace is released in the  mouth by the salivary glands while pancreatic amylace is released in the small intestine  by pancreas.
