What is the difference between "Save" and "Save As" option...??

hii dear ,
Save means that u want to again save the file without replacing the old one and save as means u are creating new file and want to save it......

Hey!
You "Save" the file when you're saving it for the first time. You use "Save as" to save the same file but at a different location. During saving the file for the first time, both the option implies same output.
