In SI system, mass is measured in kilogram and length in meter whereas in CGS system mass is measured in gram and length in centimeters. Hence in SI unit system, density is calculated as km/m3. And in CGS it is calculated as gram/cm3. Converting kg to gram & meter to centimeter by simple mathematics we get the following result.
