The substance that has definite shape and volume is solid. Solid are fixed shape. Molecules are closely packed

The substance that has definite volume but indefinite shape are liquids. Liquid change their shape according to container. Molecules are little loosely packed

The substance which have indefinite shape and indefinite volume are gas. Gas covers the whole container. Molecules are very loosely packed

There r many differences bt im giving u one point of difference:
SOLID: In these particles they have minimum space between them.
LIQUID: In these particles they have medium space between them.
GAS: In these particles they have maximum space between them.
