They have absolutely different.
Stereotype word has a historical background which is not possible to mention that here, but you should know that any view or theory is preached for miss guiding the people in cover of religion that is called Stereotype.
While Prejudice is name of that theory and action in which people judge other people on behalf of family, cast, tribes, and nation. Means they support to their quarrel brothers not to innocent victim, they support to their cast than other cast in both good and bad deeds, they don't help innocent victim tribes than their tribe, they don't help any innocent nation than theirs.
