They may be f differing personalities and backgrounds but their loyalty lies to the team and the interest of the team comes first and foremost to them. They work unitedly towards achieving victory for their team.
meanwhile, an audience is also a group of different people who may or may not be united. They comprise the spectators of the game, and may have differing personalities and opinions. They need not be united with their other audiences, and can have their own goals and decisions. There is also no need for them to be united for they do not have to work unitedly for any common goal.
