What is the difference between temperary settlement and permanent settlement? (any 4 points )

settlement is a place where people build there homes and interact with people and carry out various occupational need.
There are mainly two type of settlements:
1. Temporary settlement 2. Permanent Settlement.
Temporary settlement:
1.Settlements which are occupied for a short period of time.
2, people practice hunting,gathering,shifting , cultivation .
3. Due to climatic condition or circumstances, people need to change their homes.
4.The villages are rural settlement where people are engaged in agriculture, fishing, crafts works etc. Population here is less.
Permanent settlement:
1. Places where people build permanent houses.
2. Permanent settlement are of two types : urban and  rural settlements.
3. Towns are small and cities are large urban settlement.
4. People in urban areas practice manufcaturing, trading and other services.Here poulation is more .

2) the live in same place for a longer time.

3) their house do not get effected by climatic conditions
