the difference between the area of square and the area of circle is that the area of square is fixed that if area of square is 13.2 it means that it will be 13.2 but the area of circle is not fixed yet if you measure a wire and fix it as a circle and keep out the area it will come in approximately answer not fixed.

The perimeter of the square = 1.32 m.
The side of the square = 0.33 m.
Area of the square = 0.1089 m sq.
Circumference of circle = 1.32 m.
2 • π • r = 1.32
r = 1.32 • 7 / 2 • 22 = 2.1 m
Area = 13.8474 m sq
Difference between the areas of the cove and the square = 13.7385 sq m.
