what is the difference between the charged particles in a solid and liquid which conduct electricity. give one example for each. plss tell the answer

In solid the charged particles are electrons as atoms are only allowed vibrational motion while in liquid the charged particles are ions as motion is allowed. In solid Iron rod the electricity is conducted by the electrons while in liquid example Water electricity is conducted by H+ and OH- ions.
