what is the difference between the important the Battle of Plassey and the Battle of Buxar.​

In the battle of Plassey ,the bengali army was lead by siraj where he was cheated by his followers(Mir Jafar) and british raj but in buxar battle there the lead was held by three kings (Mir Jafar,Mir Kasim and 2nd Shah Alam) against british raj.But in two situations Siraj realised first that his thorn was not safe anymore and this is the point where the three kings understood the point later.
