ozone layer is present in the stratosphere. This layer protect us from the dangerous UV rays. These UV rays can cause skin cancer, eye defect in humans.
Now this layer is affected by the chlorofluorocarbon gas.
but the process of trapping energy by carbon dioxide produce the green house effect so, it is known as green house gas.
this results in an increase in the temperature on the surface of the earth.
