the raman effect tells us what happen if light rays enter through x rays . and Newtons theory tells about what happen to the particals of matter when light enters through it....

but it says in the text that raman is the dispersion of light into 7 diffrerent colours which has diffrent deviations and intensity which is the same of newtons theory
