thermal power is is a power plant in which heat is required to make a stream to drive turbines ( to make electricity ) is obtaibed by burning fuels (coal ,oil) is callled thermal power plant.
hydropowerplant is a plant that produces electricity by using flowing water to rotate a turbine(which drives the grnerator)is called hydropower plant .
