transformation first observed diplococcus pneumoniae bacteria. This bacteria cause disease pneumonia in mouse. diplococcus pneumoniae bacteria ki two variety h R11 and S111 . R11 is rough strains bacteria which no capsul layer present so non virulent. S3rd bacteria is virulent which capsule layer present. when scientists experienced during when R2nd bacteria inject in mouse then the mouse is live because R2nd bacteria non-virulent. when S3rd bacteria inject in mouse then mouse is dead because S3rd bacteria virulent cause pneumonia disease in mouse then mouse is dead.when heat killed S3rd bacteria inject in mouse then mouse not death. when mixed R2nd & heat killed S3rd bacteria then mouse is death because R2ND bacteria change into S3rd bacteria . R11 and heat killed S111 bacteria conjugation tube which S111 bacteria transmitted genetic material (DNA) into R11. R11 bacteria start genetic recombination which capsule layer originate then R11 bacteria convert S111 bacteria

Tanya9368: sorry but mene yeh poocha hi nahi hai.. jo tumne answer dia
rahul8993: ok
rahul8993: sorry
rahul8993: transformation mein ek non living bacteria ka dna living bacteria ke andar jath hai aur uske genetic recombination ko change kar deta hai
rahul8993: hh
rahul8993: conjugation
Tanya9368: transduction?
Tanya9368: and conjugation?
Tanya9368: difference teeno me

YOUR QUERY:

  • Transformation - genotype and possible phenotype of prokaryotic cell are altered by the uptake of foreign DNA from its surroundings. Foreign DNA can be incorporated into genome by homologous DNA change.

  • Transduction, a type of horizontal gene transfer. A bacteriophage can infect a donor bacterial cells. The host's DNA is fragmented and proteins are made. A bacterial DNA fragment can infect other cells and some of the DNA may replace homologous region of the recipient DNA by DNA recombination.

  • Conjugation. Bacteria can extend their sec pili to form as an avenue for DNA transfer. The presence of particular piece of DNA is called the F factor (fertility). Cells containing F+ plasmid function as DNA donors durin..

Good luck!!!
