Transparent : A light which can be passed through any object without any interruption or distortion, this object is know as Transparent object.
Ex: Glass, Water, and Clear Plastic
Transluscent : A light which can barely pass through any object with some interruption or distortion, this object is said to be translucent object.
Ex: Butter paper, Thin piece of plastic, etc
