Unisexual means having only one sex, in the sense, gender. A unisexual flower has either stamen or a carpel, that is either male reproductive part or female reproductive part of a flower. Unisexual flowers go through cross-pollination.

Bisexual means having both the genders. Usually, bisexual flowers have self-pollination or in some cases, cross-pollination. A bisexual flower has both carpel and stamen.
