Underemployment means getting below standard employment as per their qualifications like an engineer working as clerk, a doctor working as sweeper etc. Disguised unemployment means not getting any job.

Underemployment means that a person cannot get jobs according to his qualification.
Disguised unemployment means a person appears to be employed by is not. It occurs mostly in agriculture. For example, during a harvest season only five people are needed but suppose eight people are doing the work.So three people are facing Disguised unemployment even if they are removed work will be done. But they are appearing to be employed but are not really employed.
