In a uniform motion, there is no acceleration or change in rate of velocity but in uniform circular motion the rate of change of velocity changes and thus the acceleration. As velocity depends on displacement and if a body comes to the same point where he started from displacement becomes zero and thus the velocity and thus the acceleration. And again the whole process repeats and there is change of velocity and acceleration while in uniform motion in a straight line none of this happens.

A motion that doesn't change it's path and keep moving in straight line with constant speed is called uniform motion
and the motion in which object moves in circular motion and which is provided by some particles to move others patricles in circular motion is, called circular motion
