So we can say that speed of an object along with the its direction is velocity. When the speed of an object does not change then it is travelling with the uniform speed and when an object with uniform speed travelling without changing its direction then it is said to having uniform velocity.

Uniform motion means uniform speed in a constant direction i.e. constant velocity but uniform speed alone might be in changing directions also for e.g. uniform circular motion where speed remains uniform but direction keeps on changing at every instant
