in cold weather the outside temperature is low.

so the blood vessels gets narrowed.

this is known as vasoconstriction .

this reduces the blood supply to the skin .

in hot weather the outside temperature is high and when a person is engaged in physical work more amount of heat is produced within the body .

so the blood vessels dilate.

this is known as vasodilation

in this case more blood is carried ..
