weather is the day to day condition of atmosphere at a particular area for a particular time and season are the continuous repeating climatic conditions of atmosphere which is watched over a period of time

The difference between weather and climate is that whether consists of the short-term (minutes to months) changes in the atmosphere... In most places, weather can change from minute-to-minute, hour- to- hour, day -to-day and season- to-season .climate, however,is the average of weather over time and space.
