Mass means that how much the mass .suppose you are 40 kg its you mass.

and your weight is 40g N means 40×9.8N its your weight .

mass is the measure of a quantity contained in a body.its si unit is kg. whereas weight is the force exerted by gravity on the body it's si unit is newton
