"I would be willing" is the more commonly used phrase to indicate that you are agreeable to do something. The difference is the same difference which always exists between "will" and "would"
Will: INTEND, desire, or wish (something) to happen

Will refers to the emotional feels that one tends to do something for the other or for himself/herself.Will is the greatest power for human beings on earth who can change anything to achieve something which is impossible that is , the will of a heart. Will refers to the strength, positivity, believing yourself and the confidence that one receives from will and power! !Will is also a verb used as future tense which indicates the action of doing a particular work or something at any cost!!
WILL ING is just a feeling of choice or a freedom to do something or intend to desire on the other.'Willing to do sonething' can be your wish to do anything and there is a stark contrast with" will"!! Willing refers to someone's will at a choice while "will"refers to the power to change one's mind as well!!
