Hello!

Here is your answer!
==========================================================

Xylem ----

i) It helps in movement of water and minerals from roots to the leaves of the plant. This is called Ascent of Sap.
ii) The conducting cells are dead.
iii) There is thick lining of lignin.
iv) It provides mechanical support.
v) In Xylem tissue except xylem parenchyma is living

Phloem ---

i) It transports prepared food from leaves to different parts of the plant.
ii)  The conducting cells are living.
iii) It doesn't have any lining of lignin.
iv) It doesn't provide any mechanical support.
v) In phloem tissue except phloem fibres all are dead

xylem:
1-It transfer water and mineral from roots to other parts of the plant.
2-Its movement  is Uni(one)directional.
3-
It is present in leaves, stems, and roots.
4-The nature of the tissues is hollow dead cells.
5-
They are tubular shaped structures, with the absence of cross walls.

phloem:
1-It transports nutrients and food like amino acids, sugars from leaves to growing parts of the plant.
2-Its movement is Bi(two)directional.
3-
Present in leaves, roots, stems but transports and grow in fruits seeds and roots.
4-The nature of these tissues are living with cytoplasm but without the nucleus.
5-They are elongated, tubular shaped structures that include thin sieve tubes with walls.
