When the zero of the circular scale does not coincide with zero of main scale in a screw gauge, it is said to have a zero error. Zero error is algebraically subtracted. The negativeof zero error is called zero correction. ... before, the word used to indicate thecorrection we make is called zero correction.

khushi925: what is 'no zero error'
khushi925: thanks.
