In human body, there are two circulation - systemic circulation and pulmonary circulation, and these both circulation when work efficiently and purify the blood and transport to all body Organs, it's called double circulation.
When any one of the circulation does not work efficiently, then the whole circuit fails and the purification of blood is incomplete, thus this is called incomplete double circulation.
But when both the circulation do their work actively and efficiently then, the blood is purified very well, sent to body Organs, then gets back to the heart, again purifies and sent to all body Organs, this process goes on efficiently, thus it is called complete double circulation.

Hope it helps.

The blood circulation system in human is an ex.for double circulation , which involves two types of circulation i.e.,pulmonary and systematic circulation.when both this circulations function normaly it is called the COMPLETE DOUBLE CIRCULATION but when one circulation or both the circulations fail it is called INCOMPLETE DOUBLE CIRCULATION as it doesn't complete its cycle or circulation.
