Hey!

Reflex action take place without the conscious of our mind.It is an involuntary action and nearly an instantaneous movement in response to a stimulus.
More accurately we can say that a person's brain is not involved.

Voluntary action takes place with the conscious of our mind.It take place voluntarily with our knowledge.

Hope this helps you.

akanksha135: Hey harmeet! The answer is that the movement that takes place in sensitive part is nothing but reflex action which takes place quickly without our sense whereas movement of our legs is voluntary movement that we we are conscious about the movement of the legs.
