the individual person wants many independence which gives beneficial for them. they want luxurious things and want to live his life freely with no boundaries but when we talk about nation so we talk all the people of the country not an individual . the country people wants freedom which is beneficial for all not an individual for example they want freedom to choose , freedom to express, freedom of equality but the individual person wants freedom from those things which he doesn't like or doesn't want to do.
